THIRD SUMMER REHEARSAL TIES IT ALL TOGETHER
New members were introduced to the tricks of playing and
marching at the same time. Yes, it can be done and with a little work, we will all be performing like pros at the Groveport
Fourth of July pararde. "Holy Cow...the first year members are doing a great job and I can't wait for the rest of the season,"
said Sarah Brown, director of the Marching Cruiser Band.
The group also had a chance to play through the Fight Song
and Star Spangled Banner and were treated to a pre-view of the percussion section pre-game cadences. Last rehearsal for
the Fourth of July Parade is Tuesday, July 1st at 7pm. We'll put the final touches on our performance and maybe play
some more new music.
