FIRST CONTEST PERFORMANCE
What a week! First, I hope all of you who are experiencing difficulties due
to the storm are getting your lives back on track.
The band's performance at Hilliard Darby proved to be a successful outing. GMHS received
a superior rating qualifying the band for state competition.
Thanks to everyone who attended the contest and supported the band. A great audience
helps the group give a great performance.
Also, special thanks to the parents who helped the band at contest....uniform helpers,
pit crew and chaperons.
Next contest: Saturday, October 11th
at Teays Valley H.S.
